FLYERS NEWS
The Flyers signed yet another winger today(Wednesday) who likes to use his speed to be effective. 34 year old veteran left wing Geoff Sanderson agreed with the Flyers on a 2 year deal. He spent last season with the Phoenix Coyotes, recording 25 goals and 21 assists. Back in the early 90s as a Hartford Whaler, Sanderson was named to the NHL all-star team a couple of times, now he is probably not that good, but his speed should help the Flyers.
