Sixers 98 Heat 95
It Was Over When....
Andre Iguodala grabbed a steal, and dunked to put the Sixers up 92-91 with just under 2:00 minutes to play in the overtime period. It may not have looked like a huge momentum change at the time, but as it turned out, following Iguodala's dunk the Heat would not score another basket until there were only 15 seconds left in the period and Sixers had built a 6 point lead with 7 straight points.
The Game Ball Goes To....
Andre Miller with 16 points and 9 assists, Andre Iguodala with 16 points, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds, Samuel Dalembert with 15 points and 5 assists, and Kyle Korver with 13 points off the bench.
The Stat Of The Game Is....
48.1 as in a 48.1 shooting percentage for the Sixers on the night to just a 36.4 shooting percentage for the Heat on the night. It's always tough to win when you shoot under 40 % for a game but incredibly despite the bad shooting the Heat wound up only losing to the Sixers by 3 points, which just demonstrates how bad the Sixers really are right now.
The Bottom Line Is....
How did the Sixers win this game? I mean don't they know they are just supposed to lose from now on so they can get that 1st pick in draft. I guess it just figures that in a season like this the Sixers would actually find a way to win when no one wants them to anymore.
