Bobcats 102 Sixers 87
It Was Over When....
From the end of the 1st quarter to the middle of the 2nd quarter, the Bobcats went on a 15-2 run to race out to a 17 point, 39-22, lead which they would never relinquish.
The Game Ball Goes To....
Raymond Felton with 9 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds, Gerald Wallace with 19 points and 6 rebounds, Emeka Okafor with 16 points and 16 rebounds off the bench, and Adam Morrsion with 19 points off the bench.
The Stat Of The Game Is....
51.2, as in a 51.2 field goal shooting percentage for the Bobcats on the night, to just a 44.4 field goal shooting percentage for the Sixers on the night. It's just like the Sixers' last game, the team that shot the best is the team that won, unfortunately that team wasn't the Sixers this time.
The Bottom Line Is....
Well, after opening the post all star game portion of their season with a win over the Knicks, the Sixers followed by losing to the Bobcats, who if anything are worse than the Knicks. Thus, you can see why the Sixers aren't quite ready for primetime just yet, they just aren't consistent enough.
