Well it's official Tony Gonzalez will not be coming to the Eagles this season. Instead the Atlanta Falcons acquired the future hall of fame tight end in exchange for a 2nd round pick in the 2010 draft. The Eagles, well they um re-signed WR Hank "put the biscuit in the" Baskett to a one year deal today. I don't know maybe the Eagles know something we don't. Perhaps they still think they can get a decent tight end in the draft or maybe they think Brent Celek is already a top flight tight end. Who knows.

It seems that no one ever knows but I wouldnt mind seeing them signing Braylon Edwards or Anquan Boldin.

yeah I wouldn't mind that either, but it seems likely at this point that they'll get Edwards. It will probably be pretty hard for them to get Boldin, unless they can work some sort of draft day trade
