SIXERS NEWS

Despite Jrue Holiday's best effort thus far the Sixers suffered their first loss in summer league play today, falling to the Oklahoma City Thunder 89-80. Holiday was outstanding with 25 and 5 assists. Unfortunately Evan Turner continued to struggle, compiling just 4 points and 8 rebounds before fouling out again. He'll come around eventually but again it is better that he's having these struggles now rather than during the regular season when it really matters.

Its nice to know that Jrue Holliday is coming along nicely and I think Turner just needs to adjust to the NBA and then he'll be doing real well.
Also amongst all this free agent talk and Lebron James going here here or here they never mentioned the Sixers, but my inside sources tell me he's going to sign with the Sixers for a 5 yea $5 million contract...just saying
