PHILLIES NEWS
The Phils avoided arbitration with yet another player today signing pinch hitter Greg Dobbs to a new 2 year deal. There are still quite a few guys who are arbitration eligible if the Phils don't come to terms with them, but securing Dobbs is a step in the right direction.
