Then Michael Stutes tossed a scoreless 8th inning, setting up Antonio Bastardo to pick up his first career save with a 1-2-3 9th. Meanwhile, Raul Ibanez took care of John Lackey with an RBI single in the 2nd and solo homer in the 7th to clinch the 2-1 win.
