SIXERS NEWS
Earlier today the Sixers worked out former Duke star point guard and 2nd overall daft pick in 2002 Jay Williams who hasn't played in the NBA since being seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in June of 2003. While an intriguing option, is he really the answer for the Sixers at point guard? I personally think that Williams is just a little too much of a risk for the Sixers at this point. Just stick to the plan fellas and get a guard in the draft.

you are right and that's why I suggested that they just get a guard in a draft, because anybody that they could get in the draft would just be a good #2 guy

The Sixers are just one of the 12 teams that Williams will is scheduled to workout for, so there it is by no means a guaruntee that the Sixers will take Williams, but whatever the Sixers decide to do I hope it works out for them too.
