Well its official the Phils are ready for next season. Today the Phils and Ryan Howard finally came to terms on a 3 year $54 million deal. All of which means the Phils have successfully avoided arbitration with all of their arbitration eligible players. So now it's on to the spring as the Phils prepare for their first title defense in 27 years.

Hopefully they defend that title well; and its good to see that they got Ryan Howard off of the rest of the team's chests.
