The Sixers welcomed the New Orleans Hornets to the Wachovia center tonight for an intriguing matchup. The Sixers fell behind early this time and nearly rallied back as Andre Iguodala scored 30 and Andre Miller dropped 28, but it was not enough. The Hornets shot 62% from beyond the arc and that was just too much for the Sixers to overcome. Early on the Hornets jumped out to a 7 point lead with the score 21-14 after a quarter of play. In the 2nd quarter the Sixers rallied back to cut the lead to one at the half with the score 46-45. By the 4th quarter New Orleans had the lead back out to 4 with the score 71-67. Finally in the 4th quarter New Orleans continued to keep a nose in front eventually holding off the Sixers to win by 7 with the final score 98-91. So the Sixers again drop under .500 and back down to 7th in the Eastern conference at 29-30 overall.

Well I guess one Philadelphia team has to be doing bad sometime...and the great part about it is that they're still probably going to make it to the playoffs.

yeah they probably still will just because the Eastern conference just isn't all that good.
