The Phils continued spring training today with two games against the Blue Jays. In the A game which features the guys who are already on the roster, Ryan Howard slammed a 2 run homer and Raul Ibanez doubled twice to lead the Phils to a 12-7 win. In the B game which features the guys fighting for a roster spot, Marcus Giles drove in a run to help lead the Phils to a 2-1 win. So the Phils bats are heating up now this spring which is always a good sign.

Its good to see the bats are heating up even more, but I think the gloves could use a little heat too.

yeah maybe, but it's really more about hitting this time of year than fielding
