Well, apparently Ed Snider has had enough of the Sixers futility this season, as he fired GM Billy King today. Perhaps, with a rebuilding team, King should be given the benefit of the doubt, but he's already been given several chances to prove himself and it hasn't really worked out. Taking King's place will be ex-Nets GM Ed Stefanski, architect of the Nets teams of the mid 2000s that reached the NBA finals two years in a row. Maybe he can help to turn around the Sixers as well.
