EAGLES NEWS
The NFLs' free agent signing period does not start until tomorrow, but the Eagles are already making moves. They have officially released Jevon "the Freak" Kearse and after two lackluster seasons it's about time. He really hasn't been worth his weight in gold these past few years and he even lost his starting job Juqua thomas last season, so there was just no way the Eagles could keep him. Now some other team can get suckered into giving him a free agent deal. In addition to releasing Kearse, the Birds also re-signed safety J.R Reed, and tendered an offer to cornerback Huselio Hanson, meaning he can still negotiate with other teams as a free agent, but the Eagles can match any offer he gets, so most likely he'll also be back with the Eagles next season.
