PHILLIES NEWS

The Phils continued spring training today wit ha couple games against the Pirates. First Kyle Kendrick and Doug Savert, the Phils 1st round draft pick a couple years ago, got a little roughed in their spring debuts in a 11-6 loss. Still, the Phils starting lineup looked good pounding out 5 runs. Next the Phils got even as Brett Myers pitched 3 innings and allowed one run in his Spring debut for a 5-4 win. So all in all it's been a pretty good spring for the Phils thus far.
