Roy Oswalt shut the Braves down this afternoon, allowing just 2 runs on 5 hits in 6 strong innings. Meanwhile, the Phils bat's exploded again for 10 runs on 15 hits. Ben Francisco started things with an RBI single in the 1st inning. In the 4th inning Brian Schneider slammed a 2 run homer. In the 7th inning Carlos Ruiz crushed a pinch grand slam and Ryan Howard rapped a 2 out RBI double. Finally in the 8th, Ruiz doubled in a run and scored to cap off the 10-2 Phils win. Color the Braves humbled.
