Facing elimination and a humiliating sweep by the Heat the Sixers respounded with a resounding come from behind win in game 4. Down 6 late they went 10-0 run to close the game, capped off by treys by Jrue Holiday and Lou Williams and clutch free throws by Evan Turner for an exhilarating 86-82 victory. In the win Thad Young and Lou were the leading scorers with 17 apiece, Andre Iguodala had 16, Elton Brand had 15, and Holiday had 10 and 5 assists.
